But art doesn't simply disappear because the world decides to move on.

And what better night than Halloween for something that was declared dead to rise again?

I imagined her emerging from the grave beneath a blood-red moon, surrounded by ghosts and skeletons. But unlike the other creatures of the night, she isn't returning to haunt anyone. She's returning to remind us that she's still here.

Her dress is made of countless pieces of art, each carrying another story, another idea, another piece of someone's imagination. Together, they bring her to life.

Because platforms may come and go, trends may fade, and things may change. But the creativity, the people and the stories behind the art are still here.

And we're not finished yet.

This piece was created for the Verseum Open Call "NFTs ARE DEAD AGAIN".
