Roots of Quiet Joy Selected for Sacred Moments Open Call

| Open Calls

I’m delighted to share that my artwork Roots of Quiet Joy has been selected for inclusion in Sacred Moments: Finding Peace in Small Things, Episode 15 of the Art Therapy with MindSoul Meditations series.

Curated by J Positive and presented in collaboration with Charoa and MindSoul Meditations, this open call invited artists to explore how serenity and meaning can be found in the quiet, everyday moments we often overlook.

In a world that often chases big, spectacular moments, Sacred Moments reminds us that true strength and happiness come from the small things. A smile from a stranger, the warmth of morning coffee, the song of a bird, or the glow of a sunset—these gentle experiences root us, carry us through, and offer peace even in difficult times.

My piece Roots of Quiet Joy reflects this belief: that life’s real treasures don’t ask for effort or spectacle. They’re already here, waiting for us to pause, listen, and notice.

As part of the showcase:

  • My work will be featured in Episode 15 of Art Therapy with MindSoul Meditations.
  • It will appear in the online gallery at MindSoulMeditations.com.
  • The episode will also be highlighted across Webbie Social and social media platforms.

I’m deeply honored to be part of this meaningful series and grateful to the curators and community for creating a space that honors the beauty of the everyday.

Roots of Quiet Joy is my reminder—to myself and hopefully to others—that peace is always within reach, woven into the small moments that surround us.
