Where Progress Becomes Care selected for the Futurist Conference 2026 Metaverse Gallery

The Metaverse Gallery is presented by VAVortex, LinkedByArt, and Paladin Punks, together with CRISP Artists, NFT Goat, and Hello Hedgie.

The event will take place from 21–22 July 2026, bringing together artists who explore creative visions of the future, innovation, and the technologies shaping tomorrow.

Where Progress Becomes Care reflects my belief that progress should not only be about what technology can do, but about what kind of future it helps make possible.

The piece imagines a future where innovation does not simply reinforce wealth, status, competition, or the idea of climbing above others. Instead, it points toward another possibility: a future where technology helps make cooperation, support, shared goals, and lifting each other up more desirable than reaching the top alone.

At the centre of the artwork is a simple gesture: one figure reaches back for another. For me, this moment carries the heart of the piece. It asks what tomorrow could look like if progress was not measured by standing above others, but by creating a path forward together.
